Who writes:

My Three Would Be... Chilly Gonzales

Every Week as part of Dani Elwell's "Sunday Afternoon Jazz," Dani asks notable personalities from all walks of life what their top three jazz tunes are.

Born Jason Charles Beck in the early seventies, Chilly Gonzales has been through many music and image incarnations.  Most certainly, making his own way since teaching himself the piano at the age of 3. He is a composer, producer, singer and actor with a larger than life personality, he’s fascinating. Grammy nominated, has collaborated with Feist, played with Drake a couple of years ago at the Juno’s, and is the 2009 world record holder in the longest solo artist performance category,  he lasted  27 hours, 3 minutes and 44 seconds.  I’d love to write/read his biography one day…

My Three Would Be... Jules Estrin

This week's "My Three..." come from trombonist, arranger and head of our JAZZ.FM91 Youth Big Band, Jules Estrin.
