Bob Dylan to Release 35th Studio Album

Bob Dylan is poised to release his 35th studio album, "Tempest", on September 11th, exactly 11 years to the day after the release of his 2001 album "Love and Theft".

In the lead up to the release Dylan has revealed some information about the record including cover art and track-listing.

The album will contain 10 songs, including a tribute to John Lennon, titled "Roll On John", which quotes Beatles Lyrics liberally. The title track is a 14-minute epic based on the sinking of the Titanic which refers to a scene from the 1997 James Cameron Movie.

"Tempest" also marks Dylan's 50th anniversary as a recording artist, having released his first album (the self-titled "Bob Dylan") in 1962

Here is the full track listing for Tempest:

"Duquesne Whistle"
"Soon After Midnight"
"Narrow Way"
"Long and Wasted Years"
"Pay in Blood"
