Planned Giving

Many members support JAZZ.FM91 through annual giving but also want to leave additional funds through a bequest or legacy. Leaving a legacy is a unique opportunity to continue supporting the music that you love.

Persons wanting to name JAZZ.FM91 as a beneficiary in their wills should consult a lawyer (and/or notary in Québec).

The following form is suggested:
“I give to JAZZ.FM91 (CJRT-FM Inc.) the sum of ___ dollars for its general purposes.”

OR

“I give (name appropriate fraction) of the residue of my estate to JAZZ.FM91 (CJRT-FM Inc.) to be used for its general purposes.”
